Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service I should have read Yelp reviews before hiring this guy. The experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The installation was done quickly but very unprofessionally, and then he disappeared completely. I tried reaching out several times, sending texts with pictures of loose electrical wires everywhere, but received no response. He never answers when I call, unless I call from another number. This company is horrible! We tried to get them to install metal ductwork so rodents had no chance of destroying. They said a water pipe was in the way so they wanted to just use flexible ductwork. My property manager somehow agreed to this so they are partially to blame as they did not even inform me. The total was $8,587.80 which would have been normal if I had gotten the metal ductwork. R&L Heating company is a great company. I had called them twice with AC emergency, they responded same day. Very fair in their prices and knowledgeable technician.

What and professional Couple and Business Partner, I have called them several times for my Fireplace service and Furnace service they explained the task and most jobs are done in one day after calling.
