07/19/18: Paid $12,321 to have roof replaced. Initially, and overall, pleased with the installation. After a few years, some leaking was detected at two locations. Inspection revealed that flashing was installed improperly, allowing water to penetrate and eventually rot the wood at two locations. I was bounced around between 4 people. I was also informed that there was a promotion happening where once the job was completed I would be eligible for a free cruise or 7 day luxurious vacation. The roof was placed which was great. I’m more upset because this ‘free’ vacation is just for a travel agent to book your vacation. There was false advertising & being bounced around; I’m not a fan. I might have gone with a different company.

R.L. Groves & Sons were very supportive with the roofing process. They were attentive in helping to answer questions, updated us with the progression, and helped to give us options for more energy savings etc. Our sales representative Sean, was very professional and kept in touch to help us through the process and would recommend working with him again.
