Honestly I’m surprised I received a text asking for a review from Envirocare. Envirocare was assigned by my home warranty company to install our A/C system in Summer 2024. Unfortunately, the installation was not completed to an acceptable standard and has led to ongoing issues. Rick spent a good amount of time giving us up date on our units efficiency and of areas needing maintenance.
Rick arrived when scheduled and rerouted the condensation drain line to avoid the line freezing up during extreme low temperatures. The job was clean and efficient and should solve the problem. This is why he’s been my HVAC guy for several years now.
Matthew arrived on time to solve my problem with my furnace. He was finished in about 30 minutes and carefully explained the issue. I’ve used R&L for several years and will continue as a faithful customer.
