Roger is very knowledgeable and he made it work for what we had to work with.
Roger Lowery was quick to respond to my request. He was on time, he knew exactly what I was wanting to do. He is knowledgeable and accurate. He was able to speak with me about what he was doing while he was working never stopped working. He is very kind and respectful, as well as more then trust worthy. Before he left we spoke of other things I want him to do for me in the spring. I will recommend him to all my friends and family as well as anyone needing work done. I give him 5 stars...
I would not hire him again. He is probably ok on a basic install but he did not get exterior door to seal properly there was a half inch gap at the top latch side, you could see light coming through. He suggested getting insulating spacers to push door seal out, I tried it and it did not work. I called him to rework door. He did get back to me after about a week. I had left a message on his phone that we need to take screws and foam insulation out of top of door frame and set it proper. He did call me back after I called him... read more
We had two doors replaced. RLC was very prompt and provided good customer service when I had a minor problem after the initial installation. We are very happy with the final results.
He knows what he's doing with a good price of labor I'll hire hen again
Very professional service during a window install. Was a difficult install of a octagon window and he did a great job at a fair price. Area was cleaned at completion and the window looks great. I highly recommend RL construction.
