R & L is the worst place ever. Omar and Victor are LIARS. They will tell you the vehicle is good except for this or that. I was told the vehicles are checked by their certified mechanics. Well that wasn't the case. Omar said I dont know why Victor would tell us that and he was new and a kid. Drove off, had it a couple of days and engine was knocking. Drove it probably 50 miles. Checked the oil and it wasn't even registering on the dip stick. Tried to change the oil and the oil pan plug had locktite on it and wouldnt come off... read more
