Frank and his team did EXCELLENT work building our dream home! And. . . they did it through the COVID shutdown, maintaining their professionalism and excellent service through all of its challenges! 2-1/2 years later, our home has settled with virtually no issues. DO NOT use this guy! Frank is extremely unprofessional and he’s very untrustworthy! He does a great job of living off of his father’s reputation but he’s not to be trusted! His markups are ridiculously high and is timeliness is awful. If you have hopes of getting things done on time and on budget, Frank isn’t the guy you want to trust with that level of responsibility. R L Builders did a fantastic job with our kitchen renovation. All of the subcontractors that he used were experienced craftsmen. Frank went above and beyond. Always there to supervise and work himself. Mike Lynch created a work of art with his tile skills
