Takes money from security deposit refunds without an explanation of why I did not get a full refund. (CO Real estate law requires an explanation is provided or they forfeit the amount). Also, failed to confirm my ex roommates renters insurance ... turns out he didn't have any which hindered me in a legal battle. AVOID ANY BUILDINGS UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT. The reviews speak for themselves.
The Oliver - 3000 Gloryland Ave Charlotte, NC 28213 I do not recommend living at The Oliver. What is advertised as a “secured” community is anything but. There have been multiple serious safety and cleanliness concerns that management has failed to address. I have personally witnessed a homeless individual sleeping inside the secured building directly in front of a resident’s door, which raises major questions about building access and security. Run by people who just don't care. Make no effort to assist you in anyway and look annoyed by your precense. Do not rent any property they manage
I live in a property managed by RKW and I have not a single good thing to say about them other than the maintenance staff is friendly and nice. My experience in their “luxury” property has been nothing short of a nightmare. The property is terribly maintained, talking to the leasing staff about issues is like trying to have a conversation with an AI robot, they’ll send you random mid term addendums to your lease that you have no choice but to sign, and if you want to escalate anything, you can’t! RKW managed properties… just don’t. Greenside in CLT: July 17 everyone got notice of the July 28 start (12 months estimated). The main reason I chose my specific unit was because of the patio since it’s a studio….I’ve had scaffolding on my patio since Sep 15. For inside construction of my unit which started Dec 8, guest units were “available if preferred” but definitely necessary, they moved my bed & frame on top of my couch because of space issue so yeah no way I could stay there.
