RKW Residential just took over as management at the Falls at Marina Bay. Dont expect a reply if you contact them (few weeks has passed since my first email was sent). RKW requires all tenants to purchase renters insurance (even though existing leases do not require renters insurance). RKW also requires all tenants to pay rent by Alfred app but the app continuously crashes on Android and they will not accept any other form of payment. I would give zero stars if possible. Since moving into this apartment, ( accent suwanee creek) I have felt constantly harassed and falsely accused of things that are not true and hit witho fines 300$) Most recently, management accused me of letting my dog urinate on the balcony at a time when I was not even home. Unresponsive Office and Maintenance Issues I really like where I live, but the lack of response from RKW Residential has been unacceptable. I have been trying for over a month to reach the office by phone, email, and in person regarding my lease renewal, but I have received no reply. The online renewal link does not work and communication has been extremely poor. Additionally, maintenance has been inadequate. Absolute garbage of a company. The customer service is also trash. No one answers calls and if they do they don’t have any answers or they pill you along with a lie. I’ve never written a review like this before that’s how disappointed I am.
Something traumatic happened to my family on this property — and it was entirely preventable. Despite police reports, medical records, and video evidence, management has done everything to delay and avoid accountability.
