Unresponsive Office and Maintenance Issues I really like where I live, but the lack of response from RKW Residential has been unacceptable. I have been trying for over a month to reach the office by phone, email, and in person regarding my lease renewal, but I have received no reply. The online renewal link does not work and communication has been extremely poor. Additionally, maintenance has been inadequate. Absolute garbage of a company. The customer service is also trash. No one answers calls and if they do they don’t have any answers or they pill you along with a lie. I’ve never written a review like this before that’s how disappointed I am.
Something traumatic happened to my family on this property — and it was entirely preventable. Despite police reports, medical records, and video evidence, management has done everything to delay and avoid accountability.
We have lived at The beverly for just under five years. We moved in when it was new and it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we’ve had so much turnover with our maintenance staff and we’re down to one. The Cleaning Service is not up to par. The staff I have to say is doing everything that they can. Devon our manager is amazing and the girls are as well. Our hallways need to be touched up our hallways carpets need to be steam cleaned or replaced in some areas. Very unprofessional management who ignores emails when they unfairly charged me and can not have the professionalism to give me a call or email to work out the issue. Currently bringing on an attorney on the case. Everyone in this email chain (besides the new management) refuses to answer. The leasing agent intentionally did not sign a release form and ignoring my messages and they charged me an extra $500 for the days that I was forced to stay. I was supposed to move out by the 15th.
