We have used this company for a while, and have had nothing but issues with them. I would fire them and get a more responsible property management company if I lived close enough to do it. The owners portal is a joke. The owners statement is supposed to be uploaded monthly, the last one I got was April of this year, and before that it was January of 2017. I have asked many times that any bills associated with maintenance be either sent to me or uploaded in the portal, and yet I still have to call and leave 20 messages to get... read more
