WORST rental company I have EVER dealt with. Signed a lease 2 weeks before moving in and the property was not even clean when we arrived. There was mold in the house, they take FOREVER to respond to maintenance requests. They do not work with military well. They will get every last bit of money out of you that they can! Houses are horrible quality for the price they charge as well. Oh and forget about getting your deposit back! They will come up with bullshit charges and reasons to keep it. RUN! Worst company I have ever rented from. They told me I was getting my deposit back after I moved and they tell my husband when he goes in that we owe a TON!!! For spot paininting and cleaning the carpets we cleaned the house before we moved out there was no need for any of that. The house was a mess when we moved in. They took weeks on end to come out and help us.. My basment was moldy and we asked them to come take care of it because of water damage it took them damn near two weeks to come out and then the guy still didnt ge... read more
