Our experience with this RK Design was excellent from start to finish. We are very picky. We had been looking to do a bathroom renovation for the last 9 months but the contractors either did not satisfy insurance requirements, outrageous prices, or extremely poor communication. If you've ever renovated in New York City, you know how grueling the process can be. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. But if you do have to go through it, I'd recommend RK Design. Could not recommend RK enough. Prompt and thorough service, from intake to even some follow up repairs. Excellent communication throughout with transparency about fees and really stuck to the schedule despite our own building’s challenges.
