RKMS provide a very professional system which we use not only for ISO 9001 and 14001 but as our central hub of the organisation. We have an annual maintenance package with them as the support, advice and knowledge that our consultant Alan shares is second to none - without his help, guidance and sense of humour, the ISO standard would have been much harder for us to achieve and maintain.
