I am now on my 4th time calling the 1st time I called i was on hold for 16 min , they picked up the phone and hung up ! The second time I called 16 minutes again! Picked up and hung up on me again!! 3rd time I called only 1 minute and 23 seconds only for them to pick up the phone while clearly being able to hear her and being hung up on again !! Im now on hold for 7 minutes!! This is absolutely ridiculous
I was having extreme muscle weakness and I needed a virtual appointment with Allison Neimi but she absolutely refused to see me virtually even though had seen her in office before. So I called my old primary care doctor in Covington and she was more than happy to make numerous virtual appointments for me. You don't treat your patients like that. 1 star!☆
I like the doctor's that are there. But there policies are not worth going back . I adore there Dentist Dr. Leach. When he retires I will not go back.
