I accidentally cut the power line to my outside unit. RKL sent a great tech (I forgot to get his name) who quickly got us cooling once again.

Robert and his team are absolutely wonderful! My daughter, who is a single mom and home-owner, recently had an issue with her a/c. She lives in Sherwood. We wanted someone we could trust, who we knew would not charge us for more than what needed to be done. Robert's team came out and fixed the problem immediately. Very disappointed in this company. Reasonable price, I guess? Quick turn around to get the job done. However, HORRIBLE communication and understanding from their side. Robert and the office staff both. Incredibly rude when I called the office. Although the job was done well and in decent time I will not be using them again.
