Great customer service! I called on a Saturday afternoon. Karla called me back within 10 minutes. She was so nice. Charles came out about 2 hours later, and diagnosed the problem with my a/c immediately. Mind you, it was 100 degrees outside, and even hotter in my attic. Bless his heart! He didn't have the part I needed (blower motor), but thought he might be able to get one from a co worker. Very quick turnaround for a weekend service when the heat index was high. Service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Would highly recommend.
AC quit working on Friday, so reached out online Saturday morning. They had a tech to my house within the hour (Robert) and he found the problem & had it working within 15 mins THAT'S EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE FOLKS!!! Cannot thank you enough Robert!! I highly recommend RKL Heating & Cooling, Inc. Will definitely use them again if I have AC / Heating issues in the future.
We have used RKL Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now and we are extremely happy with the service and the way they do business. We just had to have our AC replaced and they gave us fantastic equipment and the crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. We cannot recommend RKL highly enough.
