RecommendedI messaged Ruth a few weeks ago about lessons for my nephew. She informed me they no longer do lessons and referred me to someone who does. I don't think I can top any of the great supportive posts about RKE Equestrian Center. EXCEPT: Ruth changed my life with her support of me and my goals with my horse, Croupier. I'm not good at this, so bear with me, Every time I write a review it sounds as if I'm pandering to people who hire me as a farrier, however I can honestly say of RKE that this is one of the most interesting places Ive ever worked. Ruth and the girls at RKE are totally first rate. I have known Ruth over 20 years, and she is one of the only trainers in the area that I recommend to people for lessons. I always know that the person taking the lesson will be cared for with total safety in mind, and that is the most important thing when a person starts learning to ride. Ruth can take a rider from "never ridden" to a top rider and I have seen her do this time and time again. In my 25 years of experience with RKE Equestrian Center. I have found without fail, Ruth and her staff to be everything you would want in an equine barding, lesson and training facility. Skilled, knowledgable, ethical, humane, professional, generous and fun of course. :)
