Horrible work ethic takes money for services and doesn’t do work until permits are close to end then charges you for more work
Since 2017 I contacted Mr J Delmar that work for RKA PIPING AND HEATING. License No: MP-2193. I am still waiting for him I call and he did't came back We are in 2020 and still no answer from them I only have family's problem and with the city because the job is not finished. no star
Romick is better than anyone I know at not answering his phone or responding to text messages!!! Construction was largely finished on my building 8 years ago but he still won't come back to close out inspections!!!
