I have been on waiting lists for years ...it's dehumanizing..it was hopeless..I had given up ..honestly I was gonna just bow out ..one of my friends told me about them so I tried this one last time ..immediately got in ..bam case manager ..bam therapist..today was my case managers 2 visit and already bam applied for sec 8 ..she showed up on time and was professional ...this...all this ...actual care and concern ..showing up following through on actual help ...I now have some hope ..I now am not thinking about ending it ..men... read more

As a 28 year veteran of the mental health field I have worked for several agencies. R and K Wellness and Mental Health, by far, is the best agency I have ever worked for. The level of support I have received from co-workers and supervisors has been phenomenal. I plan to spend the rest of my working years with R and K. I would definitely recommend R and K Wellness as an employer if you want the best experience as a mental health worker.

I am on my second case manager with R&K and neither one has remotely lived up to expectations. They can't seem to understand what I need support on no matter how I express it. I've been in the program for over a year and I'm still waiting on DLS. I am severely disabled by ADHD, MDD and PTSD in terms of organization and paperwork, and my number one need is help with organizing & maintaining care & coverage, and I just lost Mainecare at 34 weeks pregnant because they have failed to provide sufficient support.
