My daughter Kate rented an apartment from Rory and Kasey this past year. From the beginning, Kasey was more than accommodating with Kate's move in needs. She went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased and had everything she needed. My daughter was actually in 2 different apartments and they both were very nice. My son Josh rented from Rory and Kasey for the past 2 years. They were very accommodating with payments and any problems. They always had special touches that made my son feel at home. Great location to the IUP campus! He found great people to rent from!

The Wedgefield two bedroom apartments were excellent. Very well maintained and came with nice furniture. Rory and Kacey were great landlords, available at any time if there is a problem. Highly recommend.
