Contacted this company in regards to an estimate to replace a leaking, outside water spigot. First let me start by saying the technician was professional in conduct. However, the tech arrived and provided no estimate and was unable to give me a guesstimate. The leak warranted the work, so we proceeded with repair. The tech had no parts on his truck to make the repair, even though the problem was discussed prior to the day of service.
