I had a great experience at RK Kia, came in for my appointment and was greeted promptly, Jefry my sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, knew the ins and outs of the vehicle! Answered all the questions I had with ease! There was a miscommunication with the support staff in regards to pricing, but Jefry did all he could to make sure I left with my vehicle of choice and pricing that I was comfortable with and accommodated me for the mistake.
