Do NOT do business with this company. They raised my rates on the anniversary date of my contract on my copier and ignored all communication to cancel the contract thereafter They continued to charge my company for over 2 years after that point and then had the gall to threaten collection for the bills. Incredibly unprofessional.

This place is extremely difficult to get ahold of or even get a response from. They're very disorganized and their staff is not knowledgeable either. I just needed a simple service call and I had to call 10 times over a 3 day period and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Two of the Customer service persons (Linda & Brittany) act very put off and are just shy of RUDE. My drums went out about a month ago. They replaced all but the R1 drum even though it's status showed that it was at the end of its life cycle. When you sign a service contract with them, they will tell you that a technician will ALWAYS contact you within TWO HOURS of your service call. This is completely inaccurate, expect to wait 3 + hours if you even hear from them the same day. They did not pre-order my drum even though they... read more
