I parked in the center in Sunny Isles to go have breakfast at a restaurant in the center, went to get my family across the street and came back to the center to eat, when I went to my car, it had been towed. We spent $120 at the restaurant and then I had to pay $100 to get my car that was towed. Will not visit that center in the future, no one was interested in helping me. Be aware when leasing from this company. They will overcharge, under-deliver and milk you for every cent they can get. David Baker is completely unethical, so beware if you are exiting a property. He/RK will leverage their size as a large corporation so if you are a small business, know that they will do nothing but bleed you for every penny possible. Be aware they will tow your vehicle, my husband, 10 month old son, 3.5 year old and dad and mother went shopping in the RK centers and 2 hrs later we came back and our car was gone-$154 later we were able to get our car even with proof of shopping in the center. Oh and on top of that there was damage to our car
Towed my vehicle, damaged it, while on a filming project in Sunny Isles with a valid permit from the city. Horrible, unethical company.
For those also illegally towed from an RK property contact Miami dade dept of consumer affairs and file a complaint ( its free to do so). They got me a refund from #dolphintowing in three weeks and were incredibly helpful. Really don't know why RK is using this company!
Rk Center I would like to understand under which criteria you decide to get my car towed affirming that I left the premises, do you have pictures, videos? I parked my car today at the shopping center in 180 st and Collins ave, Sunny Isles, Fl to go to beer 360 to watch the soccer game and have lunch,,, and your watchers affirmed that I parked and left the premises, I have the restaurant check, even showing the hour I was there and the voucher with the time I payed the check.
