While the initial experience had its hiccups; a 2026 Trax now sits in the driveway and I feel safe that my Mother is safe when she drives it. She has a crazy schedule and is often outside of Cumberland County or NJ for work. That was the case as her temporary tag ran out. I’ve always had very good experiences with RK Chevy. I’ve purchased a vehicle from them in the past and also had a new transmission installed, and until now, I’ve had no complaints about their service. I’m not sure if the current economy has anything to do with it, but my experience with the representatives I spoke with this morning was extremely disappointing. Horrible service. Their mechanics don't know what they're doing. Had my whole front end redone month ago on my truck. Hitting small manhole cover threw off my whole alignment off. Steering wheel went from 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock. Took it back to see what happened. They told me all the bolts came loose when you hit it. And made me pay for another alignment. All because of their incompetence. Now it's even worse than it was before. Trucks front end is all over the place. Now I'm going to another dealership to fix their mistake... read more

Tim was a friendly guy over the phone with me about a recall to be checked but when we brought it in for the recall the dealership failed to mention there would also be a $200 diagnosis charge which was not included in the repair estimate. I usually dont deal with dealerships for this exact reason. The whole transaction seemed super sketchy being that I sent in my non english speaking lady to drop her vehicle off and she came back confused to why she was charged so much.
