Salesman ,Jorge Martinez, was very patient, and informative. Wasn't pushy, took his time to help with finding the right vehicle and the whole process.
Trinity was an absolute god send with the entire buying process. It took me almost 2 months to settle on what I wanted and Trinity made the process as easy as possible. She listened to all of our concerns and needs and actually made it happen for us. Car buying is not a thing I enjoy ever, but thanks to Trinity I loved every second of it. The RK Auto Group is so lucky to have someone as caring and understanding as she is on their team.
Had a issue with my transmission called RK , had a tow truck at my house in a matter of a few hours, diagnosed it the next day and provided me a car till my truck was done, all in all it was a pleasant experience
