Shout out Jim in service! Had my 24 Trax in for a check engine light and android auto connection issue. He had my CEL diagnosed same day, overnighted the part and had it fixed the following morning. He kept me informed the whole time and in my opinion went above and beyond to assist with my other issue. Hands down best Chevy service department in South Jersey!!

Recently bought a new car through Gabe at RK, had a great experience working with him, answered all questions appropriately and very personable!
I had an appointment for 930am on 9/27. I dropped my vehicle off for said appointment and asked for a shuttle, as I didn't want to sit in the lobby during my service. I called the service department after 3 HOURS without my vehicle, for a service that takes less than 30 mins. I was told during that call that someone has just taken my vehicle back, and that it would be ready in about 45 minutes.
