Stay away from this company. They did a custom screen replacement for our windows and it does not fit. We have tried multiple times to install screen in the frame and it does not fit. They are refusing to refund our money. They keep sending videos to show how to install. We have tried but they refuse to believe us. The earthwise brand windows are crap. The frames are cracking. I purchased windows over 10 years ago. Rjt told me it would be $75 to come out and inspect my windows that were giving me problems.Janet came out and removed every window and upgraded everything. She also determined that three of the windows should be replaced and they did. I would never consider any other window company. Warren
Finishing up the last part of a major home renovation, and needed a bay window custom made. The recommendation from our contractor was for RJT Industries, they made quality products and were very reasonably priced and did excellent work. I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and dedication they showed when they got to my home. Total white glove service, and we cannot be happier for the way everything turned out.
Every staff in this company are great. Will extract mile for customer services.
