KING OF RIP-OFFS I wasn't so impressed with the reviews on RJT but since I broke down in the area I pretty much didn't have much of a choice but to go to them at the time. The prices were a rip-off as far as labor & auto parts go. Spent almost $500 for a thermostat & 2 hoses, and then I was told I was missing 2 lug nuts on my tire, so I figured what the hell they only go for $6 each at the auto parts let them just put it on for me... well they charged me $80.67. $48 of that was for 1/2 hour of labor!!!
Left me stranded and were rude. I got stuck with this company through AAA. I was stuck trying to turn in a driveway and slid down the driveway. They were so rude when they came they said they don't do driveways to plow my driveway. I explained it was not my driveway. They tried to leave without talking to me. I then spoke with the boss who hung up on me. They left and I called the cops who were able to refer me to S & J who got me out no problem. So rude I also complained to AAA. Stay away from the them.
Another Great Car Service from RJT I had a wonderful experience yet again with RJT! My car had lost brake service over the summer and was handled with care and towed and repaired very quickly....and my car recently had developed a rattle and again RJT got to the the root of the problem and kept me informed along the way! I found the service staff welcoming and the bill was reasonable! The car was returned in clean condition and I always recommend to friends! Thanks RJT
My favorite new service station My car recently broke down at night, I called RJT, they came quickly, the tow driver was helpful and friendly. My car was repaired at RJT, they found the problem. I had my car back in several days in time for my son to bring back to college, I felt they were respectful of my need to get the car back. The price for repair was fair. I am going to bring all my cars there for repair from now on.
GREAT SERVICE I've been bringing my car to RJT for 10 years, they have always solved my car problems, have been reasonably priced. I would not bring my car to any other auto repair shop.
Best place in town RJT has been servicing and performing auto-body repairs our family cars since we first moved to White Plains twenty years ago. They are a very easy going one stop auto repair shop. We originally met thru the auto club as a result of a dead battery. My entire family uses them. They are honest reliable and prompt. I have read the previous post and it sounds like a jealous competitor trying to discredit a very reputable shop.
Shady place Save time and money by going somewhere else I have always been picked on for having car trouble even with a new car. So I have spend my fair share of time at garages. This is the worst place I have ever been not only did they totally rip me off and jack up the prices of shipping a part by 400% as well as the parts themselves by 200% (I asked to see the bills which they have to show you) they also said it was going to take 1 day to fix just the rear brakes and rotors on my car which i have had done before and it s... read more
