called to see about switching tires for the season. The guy on the phone was extremely rude. Ended up buying a new set of tires from a competitor. Wouldn't recommend.

Randy is an absolute gentleman, I can pull my car right up and one of the guys will run out and check my air pressure in the tires and there are carnations on the counter for the ladies. These little things make me feel confident that they aren't going to rip me off or upcharge me just because I'm a woman. I have no qualms about referring them or taking my vehicles there.
My car died at one of the busiest intersections in town, in the left lane. I couldn’t restart it so all I could think to do was call 9-1-1. The gentleman behind me put his flashers on, hopped out of his vehicle and immediately tried to help me, opening my hood, checking my oil level and ultimately pushing the car out of the intersection. DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS. They pretended to do my alignment. Then charged me for it. My car still felt off after I left. I came back And told them that it felt the same. Then he gave my report and started acting stupid telling me I needed Extra parts to align it. He wanted to charge me more. I asked him why he didn't tell me this the first time.
