Had a leaking Hot Tub. The technician actually showed up a few minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Immediately saw the issue and fixed the problem. Took the time to explain exactly what was needed and provided helpful hints to prevent issues in the future.

A solid 5-star review. Easy to schedule, they were willing to come all the way to **************. Fixed not only what I was calling for, identified other areas of need and why they needed fixing without hard selling me anything. Fixed ALL my issues and better explained how I could care for my hot Tub so I wouldn't need a service call to do them every time. I wish there was a way to rave about RJS louder than just leaving a 5 STAR review. I just received customer service and care at a level that I didn’t think existed anymore. Their quick verbal diagnostic abilities demonstrated clearly that they are an expert in the field of spa repair. I have a 5 month old spa and received lackluster (i.e. none) training and support from my dealer. The local kenosha store that sold me an $11,000+ hot tub told me that they didn’t troubleshoot over the phone and wouldn’t be able to come out for... read more

Danny was great!! Called 30 minutes before arrival. Explained everything he was doing and shared his 20+ years of hot tub experience! With so many "fly by night" repair companies, I highly recommend these folks for top notch service support.

RJS was awesome and repaired my hot tub when I did not thing anyone would be able to. They were up front with costs, stayed in communication throughout the process, and provided awesome professional service. If I ever need anything repair on my hot tub again, I will definitely be calling RJS!
