I called them regarding a leak that was found by hvac causing a sewage leak due to the p- trap broken! Eric came and fixed it! I highly recommend this company! Thank you guys for coming same day! Price was also great!

I recently had a disappointing experience with RJS Plumbing. While they did fix some of the problem, the technician who came seemed visibly annoyed. When we pointed out another issue we noticed, he responded with a grunt, making us feel like we were an inconvenience. After he finished and left, we noticed our basement had started flooding. When I called RJs, I was told someone would be at the house to fix my water heater that was leaking the following morning. I received no communication that they were running behind the entire day. I called them at 4 PM and was told someone would be on the way, then someone called at 5:15 PM and was told that no one would be able to come at all. Any communication would have been appreciated! I ended up calling another company (B T plumbing) who came right away to help out!
