Unless you like hood, every other word is a cuss word, gangster rap music and being packed body to body like being warehoused, RJ's den is not the place for you. After a one week trial, it was by far the worst experience. He makes you feel uncomfortable and ignored unless your 20 and into provocative music. Plus he makes you wipe down his own equipment, except I noticed not many people even wipe down anything they were using. Unprofessional and unclean
RJ’s Den is the BEST place to work out! There is such high energy and a sense of community within the Den. Since joining, I have leaned out and felt so much stronger, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to start a fun, well-rounded workout regimen.

BEST GYM EVER! It's fun and exciting and you will absolutely get a great burn out of the classes every single time.
