Best experience I’ve had with a shop . I contacted via the website , got response almost immediately. Was looking to get my bike serviced , and during the course of our communications, my front right fork sealed started leaking . Russell got me an appointment set for the beginning of the next week. When I told him my front fork sealed started leaking he set me up with an appointment for his day off , to get it fixed immediately. Russell very throughly went over everything on my bike , only repaired what was actually needed .... read more
