The guy that came to my home this past Sunday is very patient. I recommend this business 10 times out of 10 . Great group of guys ! Now the lady that answers the phone for them not so much.
After being charged a ridiculous amount that wasn’t fair, mainly because the guy that was on the clock to do our work spent tons of his time talking to us and on his phone outside, we had spoken with the company’s office lady and asked for a full, in depth receipt sent to our email so we can send it to our electric company—and they never sent it. I can't express how much these people mean to me. They are always there to help when I need them even to answer questions. Good Christian people who really care about their customers. Also, my old system would run all night (really) in the winter when it would get down to 32° and under. My new system actually cuts off and on like it's supposed to.
