We had a cracked tile in our shower recess and felt there was an underlying issue which other tilers hadn’t been successful in determining. Ravi was able to identify the issue and rectify it promptly, he replaced the tile, re grouted both showers and replaced the cheap screens which were retaining water. No more shower leaks!! Throughout the process he explained clearly the issue and process required to rectify it.
