RJP installed two patio covers at my home in ***** ****** With the first rain, both patio covers leaked, one of them badly. Water ran from the edge toward our electric ceiling fan causing concerns about electrical shock. After two attempts to fix the leaks, RJP no long returns our calls and the leaks remain.
SIGNED THE CONTRACT SEPT 16TH 2016 WITH MY HOA APPROVAL -LOTS LIES, LACK OF COMMUMICATION AND LOTS OF DELAYS, THEY HAVE OTHER JOBS AND DELAYING MY PROJECT. -MULTIPLE NO SHOWS SAY THEY WOULD BE HERE AND NOT COME -NOV 30TH DUG 2 HOLES FOR POSTS AND CORRECTIONS HAD TO BE MADE WITH MORENO VALLEY INSPECTOR DID NOT COMPLETE CORRECTIONS FOR 2 WEEKS. -DEC 8TH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GET STAIRCASE AND THE OFFICE MANAGER KIM FREEMAN LIED ABOUT IT BEING THERE., NO ONE HAD PICKED IT UP.
