Extremely poor service and communication. They failed to submit a simple estimate to HomeServe for days and never picked up my calls, despite my basement flooding and smelling like a sewer. I had to request HomeServe to assign a different company because of their negligence. Do not recommend.

We had RJP out twice through Homeserve to snake our sewer line in March. The first time they didn't have a long enough line with them to get the full issue, but they did the best they could and it helped and we hoped that was it. Unfortunately it wasn't and they had to come back out with a longer line and resolved the issue promptly. They were out within 24 hours of the request and we professional and prompt. I have a 1,000 gallon septic tank that needed a main line repair. These guys were professionals. They had all the tools necessary for the job and then some. Even added an additional clean out that didnt exist before! 5 stars! and highly recommend!!

My name is Cory W. I had a leak coming from my furnace with water pooling from the basement to the entry way of my hallway. and seeping on to the carpet of the finished portion of the basement. Kne plumbing company came in and said it was a hvac issue. RJP to the rescue they traced the leak coming from a compromise in the ac unit in the ceiling did the same day repairs and I haven't had a issue with that since. This was back in Aug of 2025. They are professional and do great work. Thank you guys...
