I highly advise against renting from this management company. At the start of the lease, this father-and-daughter team promised to work with us regarding property repairs, but within a month, they completely refused to take responsibility. Hey all, I just want to say that be careful to work with this company. So I was interested in their commercial space and we both signed on Loi without any issue. Then they sent us lease agreement based on that Loi so I had to pay for my attorney to review and establishing business entity. After we sent feedback on their lease, they canceled the lease because they found another tenant who had better deal for them. Usually this should've happened on Loi process. This company doesn't know basic business ethics.

If you see this company listed as the property manager, do yourself a favor and run. Every year it’s the same nightmare — either the heat or the AC is completely off when we need it most. Most recently, the AC was out during a 110° heat wave for a week. We called multiple times, and instead of actually checking the issue, they argued with us over the phone saying it was on and basically called us crazy. I am absolutely disappointed with RJM Properties. We’ve been dealing with them for the pass few days now, trying to get our broken AC unit fixed, and they have done nothing. It’s the middle of summer, and they’re completely ignoring our requests. The heat is unbearable, and they couldn't care less. Please,please don’t trust the RJM management, specially the lady who is incharge for leasing, she is a big lair whatever she promises during the lease after signing the lease they don’t provide it for you, for example she told me I will clean and power wash the wall, and window nothing happened in 3 years yet when I called her she said I can’t do nothing for you but it was my mistake trust her she said I will send some in 2 weeks.
