First mechanic I saw after moving to Olympia and I was really happy with their customer service, honesty, and work. I will continue to return to them.
So far I only got an inspection and quote for getting up to date with necessary maintenance for my 2007 Honda Civic. They were professional and clear about what needs attention for safety compared to other things they recommend, and they did not recommend that I get $750 work done that a national chain had suggested I desperately needed. We're new customers and have taken all of our vehicles to RJM for service and diagnostic issues. They've been thorough, fair, and when it didn't need fixing or replacing, they didn't. Communicative and professional! They are our go-to!
I was one of their first customers when they opened up. Haven't gone to anyone else since. That said, I definitely understand how busy they are now given how great they are. Soooo, even when I go somewhere else it's not because I don't want to go to them. It's because there's something I need to take care of right away that I know they don't have time to do because they're so busy. 🥲 I'm not crying, you're crying. 👍🏿
