The customer service was horrific. I was told "I can't help you" numerous times. I was not given further help to solve a problem that I thought I had already paid for. So disappointed in this local store. I was hoping for so much more.
I didn't want another computer repair group who just read a script to get me to comply to their terms and just push me aside. RJM Computer service actually stopped what they were doing to talk with me and help me understand what my problem was with my computer. They fixed my issue completely!
Was able to get my pictures off my dying laptop! I thought all was lost. Thanks so much!
