A year attempting to deal with RJI was a disaster. I also referred 11 of my friends and neighbors to them and that was my mistake. Ive heard from many of them that they were unhappy as well. It took close to 1 year to get things approved and complete. The pricing was insane. RJI said it would be $12,000 to paint my house,,,, I got 5 quotes that were all $7000 and under.
