Great experience from them meeting on site with my insurance adjuster, helping with paperwork, and install. Crew was very efficient and cleaned up very well after themselves! Definitely a very great experience!

RJI helped us through a very confusing and tedious insurance claim. From day 1 the team was professional and helpful. They just finished our roof the other day, and we are even more impressed. The install team was efficient and courteous throughout the process. Friendly team and cleaned up every inch of the yard that was impacted by tear off. I had an excellent experience with RJI, working with Anthony, Taylor and the rest of the employees in the office was easy and they kept me up to date every step of the process. The crew that worked on my roof came as scheduled and immediately got to work after the foreman checked in with me, they completed the job by mid afternoon and cleaned up the premises as if they had not been there. Follow up right through completion was awesome! Thank You RJI.
RJI gave us the best experience in every way. From assessing our damage, the process with our insurance company, and everything in between, they were excellent.
