My mom who is 88 years old hired RJC for a minor roof repair. They told her it would take 2 days of work to fix the roof and quoted approx $3,500. She expected 2 full days of work. It was only approx 4 hours of work spread over 2 days. I feel they took advantage of an elderly person by misleading her regarding the time it would take to fix. I highly recommend RJC Roofing. They repaired a wind torn section of my parent's house matching the existing roof perfectly. We couldn't tell the repair from the rest of the roof. And I hired them to install a new roof on my duplex. I am extremely happy with their work. They brought a team to take off the old roof and a team to install the new roof. I hired RJC to repair my roof 4 years ago, it was pretty good. This year, I want to reroof my house and requested a quote from RJC. The company owner Robert gave me a pretty good quote. Though I didn't accept it, but I really appreciate all the help that I got.
This is a great company . Ken was very professional and explain to me everything concerning my roof and helped me understand my insurance which turned out to be not too great but they weren’t the cheapest and they weren’t the most expensive but they were very professional and the workers they sent to my house to do the job were very professional and polite they did a great job and I would definitely Would recommend this company !!!
I'm not sure how this company does business. The crew was sent to do a repair and didn't do it but they were going to charge for it anyway. So they come back again only they dont bring a ladder. A roofer without a ladder. Now it's going to rain and the property is going to flood so they now say they can't help at all. Please dont hire this company.
