I don’t typically leave bad reviews for businesses as a fellow small business owner but I have hit my limit of unreturned emails and unfulfilled promises. I stayed with Ray longer than I should because I liked him and he’s very personable. However, the lack of customer service and still not receiving my business return (his assistant just sent one to me to which I immediately had a question and surprise, surprise, another full week has gone by with no response) has forced my hand. Three stars because Ray does know what he’s doing and he tries. This is why I stuck around for the time I did. The missing stars are due to errors over the years and most recently tax returns that were filed later than expected. Ray would have received five stars otherwise but follow through is pretty important to business. In all fairness I was a small client, maybe he does a better job with the bigger earners. You can trust his math, just double check his follow through.
