Richard is a very detailed oriented person in the work he does. That's important to me. When he painted my house he took time to tape out areas, making sure all his lines were crisp with no overlap. That is hard to do on stucco. His pricing is fair, he sticks to a deal, and he is timely. I have also had Richard do many handyman odd jobs in my home & they all turned out exactly the way I wanted. I highly recommend Richard if you need painting or any handyman work done on you property.
