Rude customer service from the receptionist Sandy. Awful.
I’m a property manager of a property managing company located in the Sacramento area. I was trying to get acquire information about installs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost my business because of the lady I was speaking to, Sandy. Was extremely unprofessional. Acted like I was wasting her time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I would never trust or recommend this business to any of my friends or family. The older office lady in the front Sandy will talk disrespectfully about customers and rolls her at eyes at people. Unprofessional. Owner named Rob does not care about how he treats people. Terrible ownership
R, J, & A is an excellent company. We're Always very satisfied. Tech Nicholas Ryan just left my house. Had water leaking from my system. Called them late yesterday, and they were here 1st thing in the morning. There tech Nicholas was here for an hour. Problem fixed. Nicholas was very polite, and did a GREAT job. We have been using R, J, & A for years, and will continue to do so. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service or install.
Poor service and the technician is rude.
