Sandy Shurtz had bad customer service over the phone. Lost a customer.
Sandy has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very accommodating to my rescheduling requests multiple times. On the day I finally was able to schedule, two technicians were able to come by the next day. Brian and Bronco were very professional and did a great thorough job. They explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I added an extra request last minute and they professionally obliged and took care of the issue. Rude customer service from the receptionist Sandy. Awful.
I’m a property manager of a property managing company located in the Sacramento area. I was trying to get acquire information about installs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost my business because of the lady I was speaking to, Sandy. Was extremely unprofessional. Acted like I was wasting her time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
