Sandy has been a pleasure to work with. She has been very accommodating to my rescheduling requests multiple times. On the day I finally was able to schedule, two technicians were able to come by the next day. Brian and Bronco were very professional and did a great thorough job. Rude customer service from the receptionist Sandy. Awful.
I’m a property manager of a property managing company located in the Sacramento area. I was trying to get acquire information about installs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lost my business because of the lady I was speaking to, Sandy. Was extremely unprofessional. Acted like I was wasting her time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I would never trust or recommend this business to any of my friends or family. The older office lady in the front Sandy will talk disrespectfully about customers and rolls her at eyes at people. Unprofessional. Owner named Rob does not care about how he treats people. Terrible ownership
