I called today, August 31, around 8:40 AM, based on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, the man who answered the phone was very unfriendly and sounded irritated and nervous from the beginning. He could not clearly answer my questions or provide any useful information. Eventually, he became even more frustrated and simply transferred me to the parts department. This was my first interaction with this business, and it left a very poor impression. AWESOME trailer shop. Extremely responsive, I was never sitting around waiting for answers. Their finance process was smooth. It's rare you find a volume dealer with excellent customer service, but this is one of them. They know their stuff and they have an enormous stock of anything and everything to choose from. They are thousands less than their competitors on every trailer I looked at. I'm VERY pleased with the enclosed cargo trailer I bought here. Thanks Tiny and team!
