Bottom of the barrel here folks! These guys are the most ignorant, rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever met! No concept of reality law whatsoever. They are elderly and I don’t know why someone put them in charge other then they must feel sorry for them. Sad and pathetic people.
The owner of this company is a terrible human. She called and immediately started threatening me. Telling me that she is going to stop the sale of my home because I put a brand new roof on the house without permission. RJ management was the last thing on my mind when the buyer requested a new roof prior to close. The new roof looks amazing and if anything only helps the entire neighborhood, but how this lady conducted our conversation is what is bothersome She is not professional, she is very demanding and likes to threaten ... read more

There was a real billing problem for my monthly fee and Rob did resolve it with the bank deducting any penalties. I appreciate that.
