Terrible service I had to get a second company to make the repair. They did it in 30 minutes. Had to replace the faulty shower cartridge put in by R&J Plumbers, water leaked for 14 days. Had to keep water off to house for 7 days. They started the job on Dec 24, 2020 and new company completed it 08 Jan 2021. R&J did a terrible job and then did not show up to complete the repair. Use some one else if professional service is what you want..

I contacted RJ'S Plumbing & Heating after contacting several other local companies. Nobody was able to do anything for a few days,some of the companies never returned phone calls & some never even answered the phone. This was my first phone call ever to RJ's & it was after normal business hours around 7:45pm on a Friday Night. He(RJ) answered on the first ring I told him one of my properties in Plattsburgh was having issues with the sewage pump that flushes the toilet. Roy worked with me and my budget a few months ago when he installed a new heater in our down stairs bedroom. My wife called him back to install a new boiler, and were happy with the out come. In a few weeks he will be replacing everything in our upstairs bathroom I cant wait! Fair pricing, honest, friendly guys.
