I’ve had a really disappointing experience at the Four Points location. After three years of treatment, my teeth barely touch except for the front few, which has made eating and overall comfort a struggle. Dr. Ensley just disappeared from my case without any notice from him or the office for months. Horrible.. Avoid at all costs! After 10 years and thousands of dollars spent on both of my children’s orthodontic care at this practice, I am beyond disgusted with how we’ve been treated. The front office staff, especially at the Cedar Park location, is consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They repeatedly claimed I owed money when I didn’t — even going so far as to contact my insurance company to track checks and see if I had deposited them.
