In 2006,we decided to have new fascia,soffit & rain gutters installed, altho roof wasn't leaking,it was showing signs of curling & decided to replace it also. We hired RJ MILLER.Contract stated: replace any rotted/damaged wood, plus correct a buckle in tongue & groove boards on roof & install 50yr warranty shingles.
