Staff seemed nice enough but they consistently gave me wrong information. Was told lab results would be available next day since blood pressure was so extremely elevated. Lab results took 4days. Was told doctor would call to go over results, never did. Finally emailed me the results on 6th day(after calling numerous times over 5 day period and being put on hold repeatedly for more than 15 minutes each time) so I could have a real doctor look at them. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
If I could give this place a zero I would. “Ramsey Joudeh” my supposed primary doctor, haven’t seen or heard from him once. His name is just on everything. If you want to go to a clinic where you’re speaking to assistants and being seen by them this place is for you. An assistant literally spoke to me about my lab results. Now let’s talk about communication. This place does not pick up the phone. You will hear their “hold” music for hours on end. I wish I was being dramatic. I Went to the RJ Medical Center, the place is clean, and the lady at the front desk was so nice, helpful, and smiling, her name is Dalia. Dalia, you are such an amazing person
One off the worse urgent care you ever imagine irresponsible people I had my diabetes test from them because my primary doctor not available my doctor send me to urgent care to get tested because my blood sugar is 400+ and they told me it take 3 to 5days for results I been waiting 2weeks and every day I been calling them about test and said not yet and today I have my opinmint with my doctor I call them again for result and guess what they misplaced my blood work and told me to doit again don't go there if you love your self... read more
