Addendum: The house failed the 4-point inspection thanks to their ineptitude. Also, please don't try to tell people "we can't find you in the system". We're in your system enough to have you send us invoice reminders. How about you own up to your shoddy work instead? Couldn’t have asked for better service. Frank and Savanah did great work as a team. Installation of 2 toilets quick and so happy with the service.
Terry was great. Diagnosed the problem quickly and showed us how to prevent the issue in the future. He was also very patient with our curious son and answered all his questions. We’re thankful for Terry!
