Disreputable, shoddy workmanship, unprofessional as it gets RJ Grimes was hired for new roof plus misc exterior items. $30,000 gets you the following; faulty workmanship which they have not resolved in over a year, additional property damage at over $5,000 and counting, no follow up after countless calls, texts, and emails to both owners, Rob Grimes and John Hanna. Rob and crew were amazing through the entire process! Rob took a job that was intimidating to other companies and made it seem like a cakewalk. His crew who did the roof was amazing and respectful to me and my property! Rob even helped me two months later talk to my insurance company who needed more documentation. Just a good guy and a good company hire with Confidence.
We live in a 120+ year old house with wood siding.
